In the event that you are identified as a prospective candidate for WorldTeams L.L.C and have been specifically chosen by WorldTeams HR team to receive this communication, you are obligated to uphold strict confidentiality standards. You are expressly prohibited from disclosing, reproducing, copying, disseminating, or otherwise utilizing any information contained in this communication.
Candidates are expressly forbidden from disclosing any information pertaining to:
1. WorldTeams´ clients information,
2. WorldTeams´ internal information.
Any exchange of information that occurs during the selection process is strictly prohibited and may carry legal consequences.
Prospective candidates commit to refraining from direct or indirect engagement with WorldTeams´ clients unless and until they are formally hired.
Failure to comply with these confidentiality obligations may result in severe professional consequences, including but not limited to legal action, termination of employment consideration, and potential damage to one's professional reputation.
5. Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Florida, U.S.A. and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
