What you’ll do:
- Conduct targeted candidate searches on platforms such as LinkedIn to identify potential matches.
- Utilize various channels to source quality candidates based on provided job descriptions.
- Secure interviews with high-caliber candidates who align with our requirements.
Minimum requirements
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Persistent in pursuing candidates and meeting deadlines.
- Driven by results and eager to make a meaningful impact.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
A great plus:
- IT Sourcing Experience: Familiarity with sourcing complex IT profiles and effective strategies for engaging them.
- Demonstrated awareness of industry trends and sourcing best practices.
