Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SketchUp Specialist with advanced proficiency in SketchUp LayOut to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and technical documentation, with the ability to turn conceptual designs into precise and professional presentation and construction documents.
You will get the chance to:
- Develop high-quality 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural or design briefs.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts using SketchUp LayOut.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accuracy and design intent.
- Manage and maintain organized SketchUp files, templates, and libraries.
- Optimize models for performance and clarity in presentations.
Minimum requirements
- Proven experience in SketchUp with strong emphasis on LayOut.
- Portfolio showcasing technical documentation and presentation work created in LayOut.
- Strong attention to detail and visual composition.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in design or drafting roles.
- Upper intermediate or Advanced english level.
A great plus:
- Previous experience working with US based companies.
