What you’ll do:
- Develop projects end-to-end (SD, DD, CD).
- Craft integral work plans that help everyone communicate clearly.
- Consult building codes and use them appropriately.
Minimum requirements
- Seniority: +10 years of experience as an architect.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Previous working experience with the US.
- Solid experience in luxury residential projects (you’ll work on single detached homes of 4,000-5,000 sqft).
- Experience in all stages of the construction and design process.
- Knowledge of IBC code.
- An advanced English level.
