WorldTeams is looking for a Senior Architect with deep expertise in AutoCAD and a solid background in U.S. residential projects. You'll be responsible for designing, drafting, and managing home-building projects from concept to completion, ensuring full code compliance and outstanding client satisfaction.

You’ll get the chance to:
- Develop designs and construction documents for single- and multi-family homes.
- Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure plans comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and energy standards.
- Support permitting processes, modify plans based on feedback, and conduct site visits.
Minimum requirements
What you must bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in residential architecture or home building.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D; U.S. project experience required.
- Knowledge of residential construction, codes, and standards.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with other tools like SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
