We’re looking for a Semi-Senior or Senior Architect with expertise in Canadian building codes, standards, and regulations. You’ll get the chance to:

  • Ensure all projects comply with Canadian building codes and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical details.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in the Canadian market.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and standards (e.g., NBC, provincial regulations).
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Rhino, 3dsMax, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
