Semi Senior / Senior Architect (Softplan Specialist)

Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with proven experience using Softplan to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural design and documentation, excellent technical execution, and the ability to turn project requirements into accurate, high-quality drawings and models.

You will get the chance to:

  • Develop, modify, and produce architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents using Softplan.
  • Participate in conceptual design, design development, and detailing for residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Ensure all plans comply with building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and constructability.
  • Prepare presentations, renderings, and visual documentation for clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation within Softplan.
  • Support the project team through all phases-from schematic design to construction administration.


Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience using Softplan as a primary design tool.
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience producing full construction document sets.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
