Are you a high-energy sales professional with a talent for cold calling and lead generation? Join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help expand our client base in the U.S. and Canada. We specialize in outsourcing top talent in architecture, planning, and design, connecting North American businesses with highly skilled professionals from Latin America.
Native English proficiency is mandatory.
You’ll get the chance to:
- Drive outbound sales by making high-volume cold calls to potential clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and ensuring alignment with our services.
- Maintain a structured B2B outreach process via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule high-quality sales meetings and transition qualified leads to the sales team.
- Use CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads.
Minimum requirements
What you must bring to the table:
- Native English proficiency (mandatory) – strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or business development.
- Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and drive meaningful sales conversations.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track sales activities.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent B2B sales and negotiation skills.
A great plus:
- Experience selling outsourcing or professional services to the U.S. or Canadian markets.
- Background in lead generation for architecture, engineering, or design industries.
