You’ll get the chance to:
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and coordinate sales activities.
- Manage sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and invoices.
- Keep CRM systems up-to-date and accurate (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and client follow-ups.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and support strategic decisions.
Requisitos mínimos
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in English, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and collaborative attitude.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
