You’ll get the chance to:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and coordinate sales activities.
  • Manage sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and invoices.
  • Keep CRM systems up-to-date and accurate (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and client follow-ups.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and support strategic decisions.

Requisitos mínimos

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in English, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and collaborative attitude.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
