Procurement Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is integral to the success of our interior design projects and requires strong experience with Studio Designer, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire procurement process—from order preparation and vendor coordination to tracking deliveries and supporting project financials. You’ll work closely with our senior designers to review every detail before ordering, ensuring product specs, finishes, and pricing are confirmed and accurate. You’ll also coordinate with project managers to stay aligned on timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.

This is not a design role, but a vital behind-the-scenes position that supports a seamless client experience and keeps our projects moving smoothly.

    You’ll get the chance to:

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using ConvertKit.
    • Create engaging and personalized email content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
    • Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, tagging, and automation workflows.
    • A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.
    • Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and generate performance reports.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to support integrated marketing efforts.
    • Ensure email best practices and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized email database.
    • Stay up to date with email marketing trends and ConvertKit updates.

    Minimum requirements

    • What you must bring to the table:
    • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment.
    • Hands-on experience with ConvertKit is mandatory.
    • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
    • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and segmentation strategies.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
