As a People Analytics Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming our HR practices through data-driven insights. Requisitos mínimos
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, People Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, is required.
- Strong judgment and discernment skills to effectively segment and select top talent for database entry.
