Operations Project Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact technology products, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. This role will be at the forefront of defining what we build, why we build it, and who we build it for - transforming complex business needs into innovative, scalable technology.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business stakeholders to build and deliver AI-powered products that create measurable value. You’ll be a strategic leader, capable of shaping product direction, translating vision into action, and driving execution across multiple high-stakes initiatives.

Minimum requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML or data-intensive products.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, their capabilities, and ethical implications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to align and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.

A Great Plus:


  • Background in computer science, engineering, or data science.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, or developer tools.
