We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Head Hunter to identify, attract, and build strong relationships with companies in the United States and Canada. This role will be crucial in expanding our client base, particularly in the architecture, planning, and design sectors.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients (companies in the USA and Canada) aligned with the outsourcing services offered by the company.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to capture new leads and convert them into active clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database with key information on prospects and leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize client acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in meetings with potential clients to present our services and coordinate negotiations.
  • Analyze market trends and business opportunities in the outsourcing sector for architecture and design.

Minimum requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client headhunting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (advanced or bilingual level).
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for managing prospects.
