Expand the company's client portfolio by converting qualified leads into signed commercial agreements. This role acts as a strategic bridge between client business needs and the operational capabilities of the Recruiting team, ensuring that technical and cultural requirements are viable, scalable, and profitable.


You Will Get the Chance To:

  • Lead discovery calls and qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT.
  • Create and deliver tailored sales pitches aligned with each client's industry and needs.
  • Gather detailed role requirements, including technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Validate shortlists with the Recruiting team before presenting to the client.
  • Negotiate pricing, service terms, and lead deals through contract signature.
  • Coordinate post-close handoff with Operations and participate in project kick-off meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all stages of the funnel in HubSpot.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially around pricing and service conditions.
  • Consultative communication skills to engage senior decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors).
  • Solid understanding of staffing and recruiting dynamics, including technical profiles.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Training in consultative sales or commercial methodologies is a plus.
