Head of Marketing
Description
We are seeking a Head of Marketing with a strong strategic vision, creative leadership, and a growth-oriented mindset. This role will be responsible for positioning the WorldTeams brand across LATAM and the U.S., driving new client acquisition, internal engagement, and the evolution of our brand identity, with a direct impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale the Marketing team, fostering autonomy, high performance, and professional growth.
- Design and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including revenue growth, new client acquisition, and brand positioning in LATAM and the U.S.
- Ensure brand consistency, strength, and innovation across all channels and touchpoints, both digital and in-person.
- Drive Inbound and Outbound Marketing initiatives, including content, campaigns, paid media, events, PR, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Measure performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing investments, processes, and tools to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Research and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance creativity, innovation, and scalability within the marketing team.
Minimum requirements
- Proven experience leading Marketing or Communications teams.
- Strong background in digital strategy, branding, and commercial growth.
- Experience working in regional or international contexts (LATAM / U.S.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Analytical, results-driven mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
