Drafter with US Residential Projects
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter with proven experience in US residential projects, particularly single-family developments and large-scale residential communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing accurate construction documents, developing residential plans from architectural models, and supporting master-planned communities throughout the design and documentation process.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed construction documents (CDs) for US residential projects.
- Produce permit, bid, and construction sets based on architectural and BIM models.
- Draft and coordinate single-family residential plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Support the development of master plans and master-planned communities consisting of single-family homes.
- Ensure drawings comply with US building standards, local codes, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and project teams.
- Revise and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and document control.
Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role.
- Proven experience working on US residential projects.
- Strong experience producing construction documents for residential developments.
- Experience with single-family housing projects and residential communities.
- Knowledge of master planning/master-planned residential developments is highly preferred.
- Experience creating plans based on architectural or BIM models.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Strong understanding of US drafting standards and residential construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Upper Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with production home builders or large residential developers.
- Knowledge of permitting processes in the United States.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with residential subdivision planning and community development projects.
