Customer Success Executive
Description
We are looking for a results-driven Customer Success Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Sales Team.
Customer Success Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services, we’d like to meet you.

What you'll do:
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
Minimum requirements
- +2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases, preferably Hubspot
- Team player
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
