Cost Estimator Architect (Proficient in Archicad)

We're looking for a Cost Estimator Architect with strong proficiency in ArchiCAD to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for architectural and construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with design goals throughout every stage of development.

- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (BIM modeling, quantity take-off, data extraction).
- Knowledge of tools like Revit, CostX, Bluebeam, or Excel is an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
