What you’ll do:
- Onboard new professionals who embark on their journey with World Teams.
- Identify mentoring needs and provide the necessary support.
- Organize, attend, and document monthly meetings with the professionals.
- Foster their engagement.
- Cultivate close relationships with each professional and guide them in their contractual development.
Minimum requirements
- Demonstrate proven experience in a similar role.
- Possess the ability to coach professionals to unlock their full potential.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Take full ownership of providing solutions to everyday challenges.
- Navigate and resolve complex situations between the client and the professional.
