Content Strategist & Writer

We're looking for someone who doesn't just write well, but thinks strategically: Who are we talking to? What do they need? How do we solve it?

Your mission will be to drive real business impact through content:

  • Attract better candidates (Employer Branding)
  • Generate demand and attract better clients

You will get the chance to:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals
  • Deeply understand our audiences (clients & candidates) through research and insights
  • Adapt tone and messaging depending on the audience and platform
  • Create high-impact content across the funnel (LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life
  • Analyze performance and optimize content based on results (not vanity metrics)
  • Publish and manage content across our channels


Minimum requirements

  • Strategic mindset: you think before you write
  • Excellent writing skills (clear, structured, engaging)
  • You know how to use AI as a tool, not as a crutch (we don’t want generic AI content)
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling content
  • Strong empathy for different audiences
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a team
  • Results-driven mindset (conversion > reach)
  • Some level of experience or expertise in content, marketing, or similar fields
  • Advanced English
