Content Strategist & Writer

At WorldTeams, content is not filler. It's one of our main growth drivers.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just write well, but thinks strategically: Who are we talking to? What do they need? How do we solve it?
Your mission will be to drive real business impact through content:
- Attract better candidates (Employer Branding)
- Generate demand and attract better clients
You will get the chance to:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals
- Deeply understand our audiences (clients & candidates) through research and insights
- Adapt tone and messaging depending on the audience and platform
- Create high-impact content across the funnel (LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life
- Analyze performance and optimize content based on results (not vanity metrics)
- Publish and manage content across our channels
Minimum requirements
- Strategic mindset: you think before you write
- Excellent writing skills (clear, structured, engaging)
- You know how to use AI as a tool, not as a crutch (we don’t want generic AI content)
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling content
- Strong empathy for different audiences
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a team
- Results-driven mindset (conversion > reach)
- Some level of experience or expertise in content, marketing, or similar fields
- Advanced English
