Are you a highly skilled Assistant Preconstruction Manager with expertise in pre construction management, quantity surveying, and cost estimation? You’ll get the chance to:

  • Prepare detailed budgets and cost estimates for various projects, focusing on both material and labor costs.
  • Analyze and compare subcontractor quotes to select the best options for each project.
  • Lead the full pre construction process, including quantity surveying, pricing, and preliminary cost calculations.
  • Manage the budgeting process for all project elements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze project specifications and request competitive quotes to facilitate bidding, performing budget analysis to close deals with the most suitable contractors.
  • Utilize Autodesk Takeoff, or similar tools like Bluebeam, for precise takeoffs and cost estimations.
  • Develop architectural templates in Revit to enhance design efficiency.

Minimum requirements

  • Exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with essential software tools: Excel, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Revit (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)

A Great Plus:

  • Familiarity with plumbing and mechanical systems is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the preconstruction phase.
