Architects with experience in Multi-Site Projects
Description
We are looking for Architects with strong experience in Multi-Site Projects to collaborate with leading U.S.-based clients across a variety of commercial developments. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked on large-scale rollouts involving multiple locations and standardized design processes, such as convenience stores, pharmacies, retail chains, restaurants, or similar programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings, construction documents, and project deliverables for multi-site developments.
- Adapt prototype designs to different site conditions while maintaining brand standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Support project documentation throughout design and construction phases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural projects.
- Proven experience working on multi-site programs for retail, commercial, or similar sectors.
- Experience with chain-based projects such as CVS, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Starbucks, McDonald's, or similar brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination.
- Conversational English skills. (B2, C1, C2)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (highly preferred).
- Experience with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or other BIM/design software is also considered valuable.
- Previous US Experience, at least 1 year.
