Architect with Middle East Experience

Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in delivering high-quality design and construction projects in the Middle East. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of regional design codes, climate-responsive architecture, and cultural context.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through to construction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Produce and oversee high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, zoning codes, and client requirements.
  • Supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors during construction phases.


Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in the Middle East (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
  • Proven experience with large-scale commercial, hospitality, or residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of regional architectural styles, building codes, and permitting processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • LEED or WELL certification is a plus.
  • English proficiency is a must. Arabic is a great plus.
