Architect w/ exp in Theme Parks & Water Parks

We are looking for a skilled architect with experience in theme parks, water parks, and large-scale entertainment design. This role involves leading architectural projects, developing creative design solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver immersive and innovative experiences.

You will get the chance to:
- Lead the architectural design of theme parks and water parks, including attractions, site planning, and spatial composition.
- Develop conceptual designs, architectural drawings, and 3D models, ensuring alignment with client vision, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders (engineers, lighting designers, landscape architects) to integrate all key project components.
- Supervise construction documents and collaborate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Requisitos mínimos
What you must bring to the table:
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- 3+ years of experience in theme parks, water parks, or large-scale entertainment design.
- Upper intermediate to advanced English.
- Expertise in architectural design, materials, and building systems, with a focus on sustainability and interactivity.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (3D modeling/rendering is a plus).
- Experience across all design and construction phases, from concept to contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards for public spaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
