We are seeking a passionate “ArchiCAD and BIM Modeler Architect” with a strong interest in architectural design and BIM technology. The candidate will work in a dynamic outsourcing environment, collaborating with architectural design teams on projects in North America (USA and Canada). This individual should have technical skills in ArchiCAD and advanced knowledge in BIM modeling, maintaining high quality and accuracy in architectural and construction models.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage architectural models in ArchiCAD, ensuring a high level of precision and detail.
- Create and manage 3D models.
- Incorporate technical and design information into the models, including material specifications, construction details, plans, and more.
Minimum requirements
What you must have:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in BIM modeling and advanced use of ArchiCAD in
architectural projects. - Experience working with commercial projects.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards and applicable regulations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- US working experience.
- Strong skills in time management and technical problem-solving.
A Great Plus: - Experience in Healthcare, Hospitality and Residential.
